A Profile of Our Clients
Our profile clients are businesses that have been well managed, successful and able to distinguish themselves from their competitors by appreciating and taking advantage of the value of customer service. They usually have reached a plateau of revenues and profits and/or find that some parts of their business just aren't working as well as they used to. As a consequence, the entrepreneur who owns the business typically finds himself or herself immersed in too many details to truly direct the management of the business from a strategic viewpoint. Thus, our clients have characterized two significant drivers as their motivation for using outside assistance: the desire for more money and the desire for more time.
