For over twenty years, I have held leadership roles, serving as President & CEO at The Circle of Wealth Corporation since 2005, following my tenure as the Public Sector Area Manager at Colonial Life & Accident starting in 2000. My core passion lies in empowering families, recognizing the far-reaching impact of their success on both individual lives and wider communities.
Guided by the principles of “conscious capitalism,” I prioritize higher purpose, stakeholder integration, conscious leadership, and cultivating a conscious culture within my business practices. My goal extends beyond mere profit generation; it is about making a positive and meaningful contribution to the world.
Driven by a commitment to ongoing growth, I have pursued professional development diligently, working toward credentials such as the SERIES 65 Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination and the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists (CEBS) program.
Outside of my professional endeavors, I derive fulfillment from personal pursuits like competitive fencing. I treasure my 23-year marriage and take immense pride in being a devoted father to two children. Grounded in faith, I strive to embody values of purpose, compassion, loyalty, respect, and generosity in all aspects of my life.
