Joe is an estate planning attorney, admitted to the California State Bar, a Level II Arbitrator for the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs, Contractor State License Board and an entrepreneur.  He is also an educator, teaching various aspects of the practice of law at The Esperti-Peterson Institute, the Michigan State University Wealth Strategies Institute and is an Approved Provider for Continuing Education through the State of California Department of Insurance.  Joe has authored or co-authored numerous professionally-oriented books on estate planning, wealth strategies planning and business planning, along with many continuing education course materials.  Finally, Joe is an active member of his community, participating on several boards and advisory groups.

Joe brings a depth of experience to The Founders Group encompassing managerial, business planning and organizational expertise resulting from his entrepreneurial background, estate and wealth planning expertise derived from his legal background and advisory expertise gained through many years of providing legal and business advisory services to clients.  His successes span a broad spectrum of business and individual circumstances, ranging from running his own general contracting business successfully to directing the law offices of Strazzeri Mancini, LLP to helping small business owners become more successful and, finally, assisting clients with very large estates manage their wealth more efficiently and productively.

Joe represents part of the core of The Founders Group’s philosophies and principles, helping create a completely new and innovative approach to consultative advisory services for business owners and entrepreneurs.
