Our collaboration with all business resources and advisors as well as Independent Collaborative Advisors to harness, standardize and systematize the Integrated Team's unique vision, values and perspectives into the business.  We act as project-manager and facilitate the implementation of the Enhancement Initiatives.

THE IMPLEMENTATION ENGAGEMENT

Our 90-day implementation encompasses the Six Interactive Sessions.  In each one, we review and evaluate actual progress on work assignments from the prior session, verify that timelines are on track, formally document progress and results and define upcoming work assignments.

THE SIX SESSIONS

ALIGNING TEAMS & TASKS
The “kickoff” meeting for the client and the implementation team sets the specific responsibilities and timelines.  We roll out the Enhancement Initiatives.  Work assignments for the next session: establishment of work teams, resolution of dependencies, gathering of information and the initiation of the action steps.

ADDRESSING ISSUES
The Integrated Team resolves issues raised by the work teams.  Work assignments for the next session are to make substantive progress on all Enhancement Initiatives, initial draft of the standard implementation report, and clearly define obstacles to success.

PROGRESSION & OVERCOMING OBSTACLES
The group reviews the initial draft, examines the obstacles raised by the work teams and defines solutions.  Work assignments for the next meeting include resolution of all obstacles, completion of the Enhancement Initiatives, and the final implementation report.

COMPLETION & PRELIMINARY REPORT
The team reviews and specifies fine-tuning required in the final report.  Work assignment for the next session will be to publish the report.

PRESENTING THE FINAL REPORT
The Integrated Team formally presents the results of the Enhancement Initiatives to the entrepreneur for understanding and evaluation.  A significant core value of The Founders Group is our desire to incorporate the client’s insights into our process.  Hence the final work assignment is our request that the client complete The Advantage Evaluation.

CERTIFICATION
The entrepreneur and The Founders Group principals meet to understand the client's insights, evaluation and specific recommendations regarding The Advantage Formula, Advantage Solution and our culture.  We discuss and explore the Founders Advantage together.
