MSRE, CCIM, CPM, CEPA has extensive expertise in commercial real estate and business ownership with over 15 years of experience.  He is a licensed Nevada and California real estate broker. A third-generation real estate entrepreneur, Jessie began his career starting his own advisory and asset management firm for high net worth and single-family offices in San Diego in 2007. In 2011, Jessie expanded the advisory and asset management firm to include property management, brokerage and cost segregation services.  Jessie relocated to Reno in 2014 to diversify his client base into the Nevada real estate market. As an asset manager, Jessie has overseen more than $40,000,000 in real estate assets. He has also provided advisory and brokerage services on commercial real estate transactions in Hawaii, California, Nevada and Florida consisting of self-storage, office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and agricultural properties totaling more than $250,000,000.  Additionally, he has helped clients save millions of dollars by deferring taxes through cost segregation engagements.

Jessie strives to provide value for his clients as a trusted advisor. His role as a trusted advisor has helped him collaborate with lenders, estate planning attorneys, CPAs, and investment advisors. The coordination amongst industry professionals has allowed Jessie to develop an exceptional understanding of estate planning, tax saving, underwriting and diversification strategies to help his clients maximize their real estate portfolio. Working within a multi-generational family business has allowed Jessie the unique perspective of understanding the dynamic complexities that come with the combination of family and business.  Having this knowledge firsthand has continued the desire to provide guidance to other family ran businesses to reduce interfamily friction and increase business and real estate value for subsequent generations to come.
